Two weeks ago I photographed a beautiful family reunion, and I’m thrilled to be able to share a little slide show that I put together for this sweet family. I’ve photographed them before, but this time was extra special because it was their reunion–Dad had been deployed for several (long–I imagine!) months, and in that time they the newest member of their family arrived. This reunion was the first meeting of Dad and his sweet baby girl, Molly!

The older children, Charlie & Emma, were of course thrilled to have their dad home. I absolutely adore the amount of love pouring out of these images! Take a peek…

I had a lovely time having morning tea with these two baby besties. An annual photo shoot capturing their growing friendship is a tradition that their Mamas started last year when they were each just a few months old. I *love* the idea and I’m sure the girls will love having the photos to look back on as they grow up together.

Distance makes the heart grow fonder •Ventura Photographer•

I’ve been watching this beautiful little family grow for quite a while now, and I was so happy when they announced that they were expecting a little girl! Here she is, the lovely Miss Estefania. Her big brother is smitten with her and it is heartwarming to watch them interact. Their Daddy is currently deployed, bravely protecting our country. He is missed beyond measure, and I’m sure he is missing his family as just as much. I can’t wait to photograph their reunion–and the moment when Estefania meets her Daddy for the first time–when he returns home in a few months!
